Scope of Work
This project highlights AluFactory’s expertise in delivering precision-engineered curtain walling and glazing systems for modern residential developments. Working closely with Glenveagh, AluFactory designed, manufactured, and installed a comprehensive façade package that achieved both architectural elegance and high-performance standards.
• Curtain Walls: Six bespoke elevations (CW01–CW06) designed with integrated door systems
• Doors: Double-leaf access and emergency exit doors with coordinated ironmongery
• Spandrel Panels: Integrated opaque panels for design rhythm and building performance
• Ironmongery Package: Hinges, pull bars, cylinders, door closers, panic push bars, and electric strikes (fail safe)

Glazing Details
• Standard Glazing: 6 mm ESG HST SunGuard 70/35 / 18–20 mm Swisspacer Ultimate argon cavity / 44.2–66.2 laminated ESG HST
• Spandrel Glazing: 8 mm ESG HST with SunGuard 70/35, RAL 9005 finish
Key Features
• High-Performance Façade: Thermal efficiency with U-values of 1.2–1.3 W/m²K, acoustic insulation up to Rw 40 dB, and advanced solar control properties.
• Compliance: Systems designed in line with Part M accessibility and Part B fire safety regulations, ensuring minimum clear widths of 1000 mm and clear openings up to 2171 mm.
• Modern Aesthetic: Consistent RAL 6013 finish across all curtain wall and door systems, complemented by contrasting RAL 9005 spandrel panels.
• Precision Engineering: Complex integration of multiple curtain wall elevations with bespoke ironmongery, ensuring durability, safety, and ease of use.
